How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
No Cancellation Fees
- Within 24 hours: Orders canceled within this period will not incur any fees.
- After 24 hours: If the order has already been shipped, you don’t need to accept it; it will be returned to us automatically.
Rest assured, any charges related to cancellations will be clearly communicated before processing.
Refund Process
We’ll always keep you informed throughout the refund process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method based on the following:

Special & Customized Orders
For special or customized items, cancellations may not be possible as these pieces are made to order and can’t be easily resold. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
