To ensure smooth processing of returns or exchanges, we request you to record an unboxing video of the package before opening it.

2. What to Do in Case of Damage

✔ With Unboxing Video:
We'll process your return or exchange at no additional cost.

✘ Without Unboxing Video:
A shipping fee of ₹199 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited to your bank account or UPI ID.

3. If There's Breakage Inside the Box

✔ With Unboxing Video:
We'll send you a replacement, and shipping will be on us.

✘ Without Unboxing Video:
A nominal shipping charge of ₹199 will be applied.

4. Not Happy with the Color?

If you're unsatisfied with the colour, you can return or exchange the product by covering the shipping costs. Once we've polished or resolved the issue, the product will be returned to you promptly.

5. Changed Your Mind or Not Fully Satisfied?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 24 hours of delivery and receive a full refund in Tassya wallet credits. Return shipping charges will apply.

• If a stone is misplaced, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return or exchange.
• After 7 days, Tassya will no longer be responsible for any issues related to stone placement.

7. Our Warranty Promise

A delivery charge (maximum ₹199) will apply depending on your location.
