• All jewellery is made of 925 Sterling Silver (Hallmarked) unless specified otherwise.

3. PRICING

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers (discounts, coupons, lucky draws, etc.) are time-bound and cannot be combined unless specified.
• "Zero Making Charges" or similar campaigns are applicable only during promotional periods.
• Any pricing error may result in order cancellation or correction.

4. ORDERS

We reserve the right to:

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days across India.
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
• Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen issues are not our liability.

6. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy on unused and unworn jewellery.

Return conditions:

• Product must be unused and unworn
• Original packaging & invoice required
• No damage or tampering

Non-returnable items:

• Silver coins
• Customized / personalized jewellery
• Items purchased under clearance or final sale

Tassya Silver reserves the right to reject returns after inspection.

7. REFUND POLICY

• Refunds are processed after receiving and verifying the returned product.
• Refund will be made to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

8. EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
• Replacement will be processed only after the original item is received.
• In case of price difference — customer must pay the extra amount, or receive store credit for lower value product.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (return policy applies).
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
